Unity Development Corporation (UDC) owns and operates the Central Lanes Bowling Center, Wonderful World of Whimsy Arcade, Century Restaurant and Lounge, and the Century Game Room located in the Century Plaza in Tamuning, Guam.  UDC also operates the Century Boston Pizza and the Century Ice Cream featuring Dreyer’s Ice Cream.  Century Ice Cream featuring Dreyer’s Ice Cream has additional outlets in the Micronesia Mall and Agana Shopping Center.  UDC also provides retail and office rental space in the Century Plaza where Continental Airlines City Ticket Office and GuamCell Communications are its major tenants.   Century Sports Lounge located in the Agana Shopping Center is also a venture of UDC.

We invite you to join us at the Century Plaza for a fun filled time.  Packages are available for functions such as parties including bowling games, pizza, hot dog, and buffet.  Kids can enjoy their time at the Wonderful World of Whimsy, while food is readily available at the Century Restaurant or Century Boston Pizza.  Buffet style lunch is available from Monday to Saturday at the Century Restaurant.  Craving for dessert?  Then indulge on Dreyer’s Ice Cream at the Century Ice Cream parlor.  And for our adult guests, drinks may be ordered at the Century Lounge or try your skill at our games of chance in the Century Game Room.
